Speed and Style: Mit ihrem Magazin für Motorsport und Lifestyle versucht cmv-sportmedia unsere Marke "Style of Speed" zu verwässern. Seitdem wir die Internet-Domain beobachten passiert aber nichts, d. h. es wird gelauert um zu stehlen.
Speed Buster: Indem die Speed Buster GmbH & Co. KG ihren Webshop Speed & Style nennt versucht sie unsere Marke "Style of Speed" zu verwässern.
The Style of Speed: Grobe Verletzung unseres Urheberrechtsschutzes, bzw. unserer Marke "Style of Speed" durch ein Internet-Portal.
Speed'n Style: Informationen über Hunde insbesondere über Labrador Retriever. Ob dieser Zustand in Zukunft so bleiben wird ist fraglich.

Allgemein: Allgemein gilt festzustellen, dass insbesondere die Automobil-, die Informations- und Telekommunikationsindustrie als auch die Medienbranche gemeinsam mit den entsprechenden Regierungen im Rahmen eines demokratischen Prozesses den Urheberrechtsschutz aufgehoben haben. "Wenn es alle machen, kann es kein Unrecht sein."
Porsche: Porsche hat jetzt auch einen berührungssensitiven Bildschirm (Touchscreen) in ihren Fahrzeugen eingebaut.
Delphi: Dreh- und Angelpunkt ihrer Fahrzeuginnenraumstudie ist ein grosser Farbbildschirm. Ergänzt wird das Cockpit durch ein Mobiltelefon, das viele Fahrzeugdaten anzeigen kann, wie zum Beispiel den Ölstand oder den Luftdruck der Reifen. Aber auch das Navigationssystem kann über das Mobiltelefon eingestellt und der in Deutschland verbotene Fernstart des Motors durchgeführt werden.
3M und Visteon: Bei ihrem "X-Wave" genannten Technologieträger zeigen die Unternehmen insbesondere ein berührungssensitves Kunststoff-Panel ("Center Panel"), eine "Transmissive Film" genannte Technologie sowie Leuchtbänder und Logos ("3D Virtual Imaging"). Hierbei handelt es sich (definitiv) um unsere e-dashboard™ und e-door™@Car Technologien.
BMW: Proaktive Technologien
VW: Die Volkswagen AG kann genauso wenig wie die anderen Industrieunternehmen die sklavische Imitation unserer Unternehmung seitens ihres Marketings nicht unterlassen.

Toyota: Zeigten eine Erweiterung ihres Night View Nachtsicht- Computers. Das neue Night View System benutzt eine LCD-basierte Anzeige, dass neben anderen Informationen auch die Strasse durch Infratrotbilder anzeigen kann. Das Computer-System sucht dabei das Bild nach Umrissen von Fussgängern ab und markiert diese anschliessend mit gelben Umrandungen. Hierdurch wird es einfacher den Fussgängern bewusst zu werden und sie sicherer zu umfahren.
BMW: BMW stellt ein neues Nachtsichtsystem mit eingebautem Fussgängererkennungssystem vor.
Warum kommen diese Technologien (hier das Erkennungssystem für Fussgänger) jetzt erst und warum immer genau erst dann, wenn andere Unternehmen solche und andere Lösungen vorstellen?

Clarification
We, the Christian Stroetmann GmbH, are not only using, but also developing, and optimizing algorithms for the Finite Element Method (FEM) (Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)), and other numerical methods since more than 8 years. And yes, we use them in nanotechnology and molecular biotechnology as well.

Fiat: Fiat zeigt eine Phylla ((Planzen-)Blatt) genannte Kleinwagenstudie. Dabei handelt es sich um einen multi-ökologischen Stadtwagen(?) dessen Antriebstechnik noch keineswegs ausgemacht ist. Der Phylla soll Photovoltaikzellen erhalten, die Lithium-Ionen- oder Lithium-Polymer-Batterien speisen. Es könnte aber auch ein Wasserstoffmotor oder eine kleine Brennstoffzelle zur Stromerzeug- ung installiert werden. In Wirklichkeit hat man versucht sich unsere Lösungen anzueignen und will sich ausserdem den Rücken frei halten, um letztendlich das Konzept zu wählen, das auch die anderen Unternehmen wählen.
VAG → Seat: Wir zitieren: "Qualität, Technologie, Design. Unser Ziel war es, diese Werte in Einklang zu bringen und daraus ein harmonisches Ganzes zu formen.", "Zusammenspiel von Qualität, Technologie, Design und Sportlichkeit [...]" und so weiter. Also diesen Personen ist es garantiert nicht gelungen hier etwas eigenständiges zu schaffen. Ausserdem hat das VAG Tochterunter- nehmen nicht mehr nur eine Philosophie und eine Vision, sondern Visionen und erklärt auf ihrer Website andauernd etwas von definitiv effektiv nicht vorhandenen [...]genen.
Daimler und Tesla Motors: Die Daimler AG weiss nicht, welche Strategie sie wählen soll. Deshalb geht man erst einmal eine Partnerschaft mit Tesla Motors ein.
Ford: siehe Daimler
General Motors: siehe Ford
Toyota: siehe General Motors
Honda: Honda weiss eigentlich auch nicht so richtig was sie wollen.

SOS Ape ESP: Based on the well-known Piaggio Ape 50 Electric we designed a small city commuter with cargo transporter capability, electric powertrain, roof with solar panel, and a plug-in feature. Also a hydrogen powered aggregate, or a small fuel cell can be installed for generating power. Runs at the minimum 70-80 kilometers with fully charged accumulators while full charging needs 5 to 6 hours. Expected price is around 5.300,- € in Europe and 2.700,- € in Asia, Africa, and South America.

Exxon Mobil and Tonen Chemical: In november 2007 Exxon Mobil has unveiled a super-thin plastic sheeting that can improve the power, safety, and reliability of lithium-ion batteries for use in automobiles, and would allow battery makers to build smaller and cheaper battery systems. Exxon Mobil has declared, that it is working with the leading battery manufacturers to incorporate its film separator technology.
Optodot: Has also developed a separator film for lithium-ion batteries.
LG Chem: Develops advanced lithium-ion polymer battery cells for hybrid electric vehicles.
Ener1 and Delphi: Ener1 and Delphi want to produce high-rate, lowcost lithium batteries.
A123Systems: Funded by Procter & Gamble (Duracell), General Electrics, other corporations, departments, and consortiums, the company develops lithium-ion batteries using their proprietary Nanophosphate cathode based material technology.
General Motors: The company says, that it has two options (A123Systems with Continental Automotive and ...), but not decided which brand to use.
VAG and Sanyo Electric: Both have agreed on a cooperation.
Nissan Motor and NEC: Want to mass-produce lithium-ion batteries.
Toyota and Panasonic: Are trying to deliver batteries for the use in electric cars.
Johnson Controls and Saft: A joint venture has opened a factory in France dedicated to the production of lithium-ion automotive batteries for hybrid and electric vehicles.
Johnson Controls-Saft and SAIC Motor: The joint venture will also produce batteries for SAIC Motor corporation in China.
Robert Bosch and Samsung SDI: Robert Bosch and Samsung SDI said they will set up a joint venture to develop, manufacture and sell lithium-ion batteries. The start for the new company named SB LiMotive is planned for september 2008.

Abt: Abt stellt Umbausätze und Leistungssteigerungsprogramme für VW Eos vor.
Chrysler: Mopar uconnect web is definitly not the industry-first technology that provides high-speed data transfer, combining WiFi and 3G connectivity, and transforms the vehicle into a mobile hot spot. As far as we can see, this technology is described on this website, and even with the MokoCar/Automoko computing platform and the Linux based operating systems so much more can be done. Cameras for scanning the traffic and -signs, sensors of every kind, and applications that make every wish of an (drive promoting) onboard computer system come true.
